PRIVACY-CONSCIOUS BY DESIGN
Support2Connect is designed to provide useful information without advertising or unnecessary tracking. Personal notes, contacts, reminders, saved services, search history and QR contents are not intentionally attached to automatic crash reports.
WHY SUPPORT2CONNECT EXISTS
Support2Connect was designed, developed, implemented and tested by Daniel while experiencing homelessness. It grew from a simple belief: finding help should not be harder when life is already difficult.
Development paused while Daniel built Alana, a personal AI companion that helped process large amounts of service data. Work estimated to take weeks manually could then be completed in seconds.
“This is not just an app directory. It is a practical way to help people find a clearer path forward.”
Internal testing is underway
Invited testers are currently exploring the app on real Android devices, checking service information, maps, translations, accessibility and everyday usability.
The internal-test link is private.Testers must use the exact Google account that was invited. The public Google Play link will be added here after release.
COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS
Community members and organisations can suggest a new service or report information that needs updating. Every submission is reviewed before any change is made in the app.
INDEPENDENT AND COMMUNITY-FOCUSED
Sponsorship will never determine search rankings, service inclusion, map visibility, emergency content or access to user data. The project’s usefulness and independence come first.
